Quarta® Automotive

The functions of Quarta® ISO/TS Core Tools software (including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Report, sampling, exceptions, concessions and modification management) are designed to comply with the requirements of the major automotive regulations (ie: ISO/TS 16949) and to implement such regulations in the improvement of costs and efficiency.

Quarta® ISO/TS core tools

An integrated, complete, integrated suite for an excellence managing of ISO-TS 16949 compliance: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Report, Production of Samples, modifications. The Msa module provides standardized capability study methods complying with the guidelines and requirements of QS9000, Ford, Bosch etc..

Quarta® Statistical Process Control (SPC)

The incoming good inspection prevents products not conforming with specifications from being used: this type of control is implemented like a filter.

Quarta® F.M.E.A.

The FMEA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis software module enables defects to be recognized and avoided prior to commencing production or in course of engineering. Recording all data and facts collected during the use of the module creates a copious, individual knowledge database accessible at any time for further analysis, thus greatly simplifying new FMEA. Standard forms (e.g. AVSQ, QS9000, Bosch etc.) are already prepared for printout.
