The purpose of reworking, repair, return processes etc. of a product or of its components is to restore the specified requirements. They can eliminate Non Conformities; in any case they imply additional costs.
This module allows the analytical recording and the analysis of quality and non-quality costs.
With this tool highly integrated with the other application modules (especially Non Conformity but also Corrective actions, Acceptance, Audit, etc.) it is possible to obtain a precise documentation of the costs borne, with subsequent charge to the body manager.
