This module offers a tool for planning and carrying out all the maintenance activities of the equipment and systems intervening in the process.

• Equipment/System card with personal and technical details;


• Specifications of the manufacturer such as enclosed documents in any format (texts, drawings, pictures, etc.);


• Defining the allowed Utilisations for each Equipment/System;


• Control plans for scheduled or preventive maintenances;


• Defining the hierarchy and relations, completely configurable (Factory, Division, System, Equipment, Tool, Component, etc.);


• Maintenance plan: programming the interventions (activity management with alarms, Gantt diagrams, etc.).

• Event history for each Equipment/System (component change, adjustments, updates etc.);


• Executing the scheduled or extraordinary interventions, filling in the check list for attributive controls (OK or not OK) or variables (value reading);
