QuartaŽ System Maintenance
This module offers a tool for planning and carrying out all the maintenance activities of the equipment and systems intervening in the process.
Registry files and Planning
- Equipment/System card with personal and technical details;
- Specifications of the manufacturer such as enclosed documents in any format (texts, drawings, pictures, etc.);
- Defining the allowed Utilisations for each Equipment/System;
- Control plans for scheduled or preventive maintenances;
- Defining the hierarchy and relations, completely configurable (Factory, Division, System, Equipment, Tool, Component, etc.);
- Maintenance plan: programming the interventions (activity management with alarms, Gantt diagrams, etc.).
Events
- Event history for each Equipment/System (component change, adjustments, updates etc.);
- Executing the scheduled or extraordinary interventions, filling in the check list for attributive controls (OK or not OK) or variables (value reading);
- Possibility of carrying out Questionnaires (on-time or previously prepared) and Audit;
- Possibility of creating Non Conformity reports following the inspections carried out, and of defining the required Corrective and Preventive actions;
- Analytical recording and classification of the costs borne for each scheduled or extraordinary intervention, or for the Corrective actions undertaken;
- Abnormal condition management and Intervention requests;
- Management of spare parts related to each machine or component.
Analysis
- Planning analysis carried out for identifying requirement covering and critical state;
- Cost analysis;
- Explosion/implosion for Components or Utilisations (where used);
- MDT (Mean Down Time), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair);
- Comparing maintenance types, e.g. Preventive and ordinary maintenance;
