Blulink, with over 35 years of experience in the development of Quality Management Software (QMS), will be able to significantly accelerate its development plans thanks to its entry into Impresoft, a leading company in digital transformation controlled by Clessidra Private Equity SGR.
Impresoft Group today has over 4000 active customers, 1300 employees and a turnover of over 200 million euros. Thanks to the characteristics of the companies that compose it, it is positioned today as one of the largest ICT groups in Italy, capable of offering the right response to the needs of companies that see innovation as an opportunity to grow their business.
Entering Impresoft represents a strategic step to strengthen leadership in the Italian ICT market for QMS solutions by exploiting significant consultancy and technical synergies.
Blulink, in addition to confirming its business strategy, will be able to renew and expand it by making use of the group’s structure, skills and widespread presence in the area.
