Quarta®3 Quality Management System can generate data for all non- conforming or defective products, materials, services. The form of Non-Compliance Management Extension allows you to record in an analytical way each event of non- fulfillment of specified requirements, as provided by the main regulatory standards and methodologies for problem solving.

Detecting Anomalies, certainty on progress in resolution, timing and control of the structured collection of all relevant data and analysis in order to obtain updated vital choices for improvement. A set of indicators (KPI) structured, updated and distributed to different users and areas (including non- IT), integrated with business intelligence methodologies created to generate analytical environments using the most modern technological platform.


Features and Benefits

The management of the operations of Quality Control, such as the lot inspection or SPC controls in process variability are carried out by Quarta®3 modules that allow the automation of the control activities of Procedure and Compliance for the product or service, with the ability to record anomalies detected. These allow in the structured way to have all the data in resal time and then be able to keep under control the variability of the quality of internal processes.

The indicators are used to navigate within this database updated to understand what are the areas of suffering, what are the problems most frequently encountered and what are the causes of these Non-Conformity.

The collection of such historical data can be done through the use of query tools (querying) and graphical representation (charting) present in our solutions or through the creation of structured dashboard (KPI) and “navigable” in a dynamic way.
