The management, monitoring and planning of the measuring instrument is managed through rich content that collects all the data related to the instrument and a documentation of the life cycle of the instrument from the time of purchase, through calibration , the movements of warehouse and loans up to destruction as scrap.

Powerful query and alert systems provide monitoring of deadlines, trigger calibration both inside and outside of the establishment.

The characteristics of the instruments can be automatically calculated using the most frequent standards ( ISO, ANSI / ASME , BS , DIN, UNI) . The user has the option to complete the arrangement or regulations to define corporate standards that differ from the official rules .

The calibration and metrological verification is based on a powerful system for establishing calibration procedures with the aid of the tables which already exist in the system that contain the values of the various legislations . In addition to the drivers already present for many machine calibration and instrument calibration ( such as Mahr , Zeiss, Trimos , SIP, Fluke ) , you can define custom drivers to communicate with various machines present in the measuring rooms and / or laboratories . It is also possible to consider the measurement uncertainty of the calibration processes for a correct interpretation of the measured value.

The analysis, assessment and certificates interpret and compare the values measured during the calibration cycle with the specific regulations or corporate standards. A flexible reporting system allows you to create personalized certificates that contain more than the instrument’s data, environmental conditions, information on the calibration process (samples, machines, operators) and the measured values can be displayed in tabular or graphical form. Analysing the historical calibration is possible to evaluate the stability and the possible use of the instrument over time.
