Software EVO HSE – for Quality and Safety Management System is an integrated system for the management of Health and Safety software in the workplace, on an innovative web based online processes platform.

The main objective is to provide a safe, effective solution in accordance with several HSE regulations (Legislative Decree no. 81/08, Legislative Decree no. 231, 8800/OHSAS BS 18001, ISO 14000, ISO 31000) for the cooperation of all resources involved in the company.

The software Quarta EVO HSE module is an innovative cloud platform based on the processes in order to guarantee a rapid and efficient cooperation of all the resources involved in the company.
Plan preventive and protective measures and verify their implementation and management in the long term, facilitating the DVR preparation which is automatically generated by the application, and facilitates the management of roles and tasks in the health and safety field: management roles, emergency teams, competent doctor, RSPP / ASPP, RLS;

Management of accidents and missed accidents at work and all Personal Protective Equipment (DPI) as well as the tickler, furthermore stock management is planned in order to apply standardized safety procedures for each type of identified risk and for each worker;

  • Training: provides managers with the tools to identify and monitor the training needs, plan and execute the required courses, organize sessions, attendance record , print the certificates, update the mapping of competencies and resources.
  • Timetables: the integrated system allows you to keep under control in a synoptic view all maturities.
  • Procurement: supplier management, registration services and contracts , collection of documents and deadlines, authorization processes , DURC , DUVRI ; access via the portal for suppliers.
